About Sarah

Sarah Martynowski, Esquire exclusively devotes her career to the practice of family law. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science and a French minor from Boston University. She earned a Juris Doctor from Temple University, James E. Beasley School of Law in 2013. While at Temple Law, Sarah served as an intern to the Honorable Denis P. Cohen of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Trial Division – Criminal. Under Judge Cohen, she assisted in writing judicial opinions on sexual assault and family violence cases. She also mediated child custody cases in Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Family Division – Domestic Relations.

Sarah spent the year immediately following her law school graduation serving a one-year clerkship in the Monmouth County Chancery Division - Family Part. Sarah served as a law clerk to the Honorable John R. Tassini, J.S.C. (ret.) and the Honorable Richard W. English, P.J.F.P. Since finishing her clerkship in 2014, Sarah has practiced family law exclusively throughout central and northern New Jersey. Sarah’s practice balances litigation with alternate dispute resolution processes such as mediation and arbitration.

Sarah is a member of the Monmouth Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. Sarah is an Avvo Top Contributor. The French Ministry of National Education awarded Sarah a DELF A4 diploma of French proficiency.
